1. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 4 - 11 business days for processing. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended slightly, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 9 - 14 business days after processing.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 - 5 days business days after processing for those who need their items a bit faster.
Delivery times may vary based on location and selected shipping option.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. We strive to keep shipping as affordable as possible while ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
4. International Shipping
Navieour ships worldwide, bringing our coastal style wherever you are! International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your Navieour package on its way to you. If you don’t see your tracking email, be sure to check your spam folder or reach out to us.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If you experience any delays or if your tracking information isn’t updating, feel free to contact us at customerservicenavieour@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues and make sure you receive your Navieour package as soon as possible.
7. Address Changes
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Navieour is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at customerservicenavieour@gmail.com
8. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
