Investment & Pricing Structure

Our package pricing reflects the planning, design, and coordination services provided by Navie Events.

This includes:

    •    Full event planning and oversight

    •    Design direction and styling

    •    Vendor sourcing and coordination

    •    Timeline creation and event management

Please note that package pricing does not include event expenses such as venue, catering, rentals, florals, entertainment, or other third-party services.

Event Costs & Vendor Services

All event related expenses are separate from the planning fee and are based on your event vision, guest count, and selected vendors. Once your event details are confirmed, all elements of your event, including décor, rentals, catering, venue, and additional services, will be organized and compiled into a detailed invoice. This invoice will reflect the total cost of the event itself.

 

Clients are responsible for paying:

    •    The event planning service fee (based on the selected package)

    •    PLUS the full event cost invoice covering all vendors, rentals, décor, and services

For larger-scale events requiring extensive coordination, logistics, and vendor management, a planning and management fee of 10%–15% may be applied based on the overall scope of the event.

 

How Payment Works

To ensure full transparency, your total investment will be split into two parts:

    1. Planning Fee (Your Package)

This is your selected package (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) and covers our professional services.

    2. Event Cost Invoice

This includes everything needed to bring your event to life, such as décor, venue, catering, rentals, and vendors. Both are required to successfully execute your event.

 

Package Selection & Scope

Clients are required to adhere to the package and guest count selected at the time of booking. Each package is structured based on a defined scope of services, guest count, and level of coordination. For example, selecting the Silver Event Package for up to 50 guests at $1,000 reflects a specific level of planning and execution. If event details exceed the selected package, including guest count, design scope, or overall complexity, this will result in additional charges or a required upgrade to a higher package. Navie Events reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly to reflect the expanded scope of the event.

Our services are dedicated to the planning, design, and execution of your event. Package pricing is not the cost of the event itself, but rather the professional service fee for creating and managing your experience from start to finish. All event elements are customized to your vision, which is why final event costs will vary based on your selections.

 

 

 

Platinum Event Package

Starting at $3,500

For those seeking an ultra uxurious, tailor made experience for their most significant events. This package includes full scale bespoke planning, elite vendor partnerships, exclusive design elements, and premium services. Ideal for high end weddings, galas, and corporate events where no detail is overlooked. Perfect for those who desire an extraordinary and exclusive celebration.

Pricing by Guest Count:

    •    Up to 50 guests: $3,500

    •    Up to 100 guests: $5,500

    •    Up to 200 guests: $7,500

    •    300+ guests: $10,000+

 

Gold Event Package

Starting at $2,200

Designed for grand celebrations that require detailed planning and design. This package is perfect for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, weddings, and milestone birthdays. From personalized décor to seamless coordination, we handle every detail with precision to create a luxury event that feels effortless and flawless.

    •    Up to 100 guests: $3,500

    •    Up to 200 guests: $5,000

Silver Event Package

This package focuses on stylish décor, creative details, and charming touches to bring your vision to life with sophistication. Perfect for cozy celebrations or DIY-style events.
