At Navieour, we take pride in delivering elevated, high-quality pieces designed with intention. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist. Please carefully review our policy before submitting a return request.
Return Window
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery, regardless of location.
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be approved.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Be free of makeup, stains, odors, or signs of wear
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

• The reason for your return
• Clear supporting photos (if applicable)
If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending your item back.
Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Shipping & Refund Policy
- If we made a mistake (wrong item sent) or your item is defective/damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost for an approved return/exchange.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all other approved returns (change of mind, sizing, personal preference, etc.).
- Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed (except when the issue is our mistake or a defective/damaged item).
- Only the original purchase price of the approved item(s), minus any applicable restocking fee, will be refunded.
- If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns for change of mind, personal preference, or non-defective reasons will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
The restocking fee covers handling, inspection, quality control, repackaging, and processing costs.
Restocking fees do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Intimates (tights, underwear, swimsuits, socks, masks)
• Pajamas and sleepwear
• Beauty and personal care products
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Promotional or sample items
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Worn, altered, or intentionally damaged merchandise
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or item:
- Submit a return request within 7 days.
- Once approved, return your item.
- Place a new order separately.
This ensures faster processing and inventory accuracy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
