Cancellation Policy

Due to the level of planning, preparation, and vendor coordination involved, all bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure your event date.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the retainer only.

Cancellations made 14–30 days prior to the event will result in 50% of the total package cost being non-refundable.

Cancellations made 7–14 days prior to the event will result in 75% of the total package cost being non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are fully non-refundable, as final preparations and vendor commitments have already been secured.

Navie Events reserves the right to retain additional payments for any custom elements, rentals, or vendor services that have already been booked or completed.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event. Events booked within 14 days require full payment at the time of booking.

 

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling

One reschedule request may be accommodated if submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date, based on availability. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.

 

 

Guest Count Policy

Final Guest Count

Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event. Any increases after this time are subject to availability and additional charges. Reductions in guest count will not result in a price adjustment.

 

 

Overtime

Extended Hours

Events exceeding the scheduled timeframe will incur an overtime fee of $250 per hour. Overtime must be approved in advance when possible and is subject to team and vendor availability. Additional time is billed in hourly increments and added to the final balance.
