At Navie Events, we believe exceptional celebrations begin with intention. This consultation allows us to understand your style, goals, and priorities so we can begin shaping an experience that feels refined, personal, and beautifully planned.
Consultation Information
At Navie Events, every unforgettable celebration begins with a conversation. Your consultation is the first step in bringing your vision to life. During this meeting, we’ll get to know your style, discuss your event goals, review our services and packages, and create a personalized plan tailored to your celebration.
Consultations are available via Zoom, Google Meet, or Phone Call, whichever is most convenient for you.
Booking Your Consultation
A $25 non-refundable consultation fee is required to schedule your appointment.
This fee:
• Reserves your consultation time.
• Covers administrative planning and preparation.
• Will be credited toward your final event balance if you book with Navie Events.
Each consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Once your consultation has been booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your meeting details.
What We’ll Cover During Your Consultation
During your consultation, we’ll discuss:
• Your event type, date, and estimated guest count
• Venue details or venue recommendations
• Your event vision, theme, décor, florals, and overall design inspiration
• Our available planning services and event packages (Platinum, Gold, and Silver)
• Your estimated budget and planning timeline
• Rental options and additional services
• Add-ons such as luxury car service, catering coordination, event staffing, and other custom services
• Questions you may have about the planning process
After Your Consultation
Following your consultation, our team will review everything discussed and begin preparing your customized event proposal.
Within two weeks of your consultation, you’ll receive:
• A personalized proposal
• A detailed event estimate
• Your service agreement (contract)
• Your invoice
Once you’re ready to move forward:
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your event date.
• Your $25 consultation fee will automatically be deducted from your final event balance.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date, unless you choose to pay your balance in full sooner.
Once your signed agreement and deposit have been received, we’ll officially begin planning and coordinating your event.
